This tutorial covers how to use the "Refine" tool in Photoshop to achieve smooth lines from an imperfect scan of inked line art.
I found the Photoshop Help file rather confusing. It took me forever to learn how to use this tool, so I hope this can help a few people. I may not of chosen the best example of line art to use for the tutorial, this technique works best with line art such as this [link] The cleaner, and simpler the line art the better.
